Cresmac Foundry is an ISO 9002 certified unit located in the Special Economic Zone at Falta, near Kolkata, India and working in conjunction with well established Industrial Casting Foundry MACA Supply Co., Springville, Utah USA, for Manufacturing & Export of Multiple Alloys Quality Castings.

Management : Well educated & Trained Technicians work with Highly Qualified & Experienced Metallurgists & Engineers meeting customers requirements for Price, Quality & Services with timely deliveries. Quality Assurance System for Raw Materials, Process Control, Finished Products, Patterns ensures a consistent quality product.

Melting : 550 kW “Inductotherm” Induction Power Supply and four Furnaces ensures Environmental Friendly clean Induction Melting and has capacity to produce castings up to 1.5 Tons.

Molding & Core making: Molds are made with ‘No Bake’ or “Air Set Process”  using high speed continuous Sand Mixers for Phenolic Urethane Resin Bonded Sand. Imported High Quality Silica Sand is used for Molds and is Mechanically & Thermally Reclaimed for Reuse resulting in Environmental Friendly clean operating conditions. Molding Section is complete with Mold Dryers & Painting Section. Cores are made on Shell Core machines with “No Bake Sand” or Sodium Silicate Bonded Sand depending on the Type & Grade of Castings.

Quality Assurance & Laboratory : Laboratory is well equipped with Spectrometer having 31 elements including Nitrogen analysis, and has complete facilities of Full Dry & Wet Lab, Sand Testing, Ultrasonic Test, Radiography & Universal Testing Machine for Physical Tests.

Finishing : Finishing Section has Shot Blasting Machines, Band Saws, Gas & Abrasive Saw Cutting, Grinding & Pneumatic Cleaning Finishing tools to give clean casting with required degree of surface finish.

Machining : Well equipped Machine Shop for In house Machining to required tolerance, has all types of indigenous & imported machineries including CNC Mills & Lathes.

Pattern Making : In house facility for Pattern making has indigenous & imported machineries for making High Quality Patterns.

Heat Treatment :  This unit has PC Controlled Heat Treatment Furnaces and Water Quenching Facilities.

Product Range : Multiple Grades of Industrial Castings are manufactured confirming to ASTM & Equivalent International Standards. Product range mainly caters requirement of Pumps, Valves, Crushers, Mining (both above & underground, Chemical, Water Filtration, Cleaning & Construction Industries.
